Dialogue "C" review

It was a bright sunny afternoon in September. The two friends were walking along a small, peaceful stream in the woods. Hey look at that shouted James. What asked Henry. Over there James said as he pointed to the large fallen tree that formed a bridge of sorts across the stream. A red fox was sitting in the middle of the tree staring at the two boys. The fox had gleaming yellow eyes and sat perfectly still. What should we do asked Henry. Let's just wait here and see what happens James answered. The two boys stood there silently. One hour passed. One day passed. One week passed. The boys are still standing there to this very day.

       We are also copying the dialogue and narrative we wrote last week to complete the story we started to write together in class. Students who are absent today do not have the first draft at home, so they can do this after they return to school.
