Today we imagined we were on that roller coaster that got stuck down in Florida last night. It hung in a vertical position, 167 feet above the ground for three hours. "Ahhhhhhh!"
We wrote three paragraphs and mixed dialogue with narrative. We wrote from a first person perspective (using the pronoun "I"). Since the coaster allows the riders to select a song for the ride, we selected a song for our imaginary ride too. Some students even entertained us with some karaoke today. They must've been going off the rails of a crazy train!
