Today in class, we spent a lot of time looking at TomClonan's excellent article, "The Forgotten Role of Women Insurgents in the 1916 Rising." We also discussed MLA style for writing end-notes.
The homework (for periods 4 and 5) is to look online for more information. Find interesting facts. Copy notes or print pages and underline sentences. Homework for all periods is to complete typing the Freedom essay by Wednesday.
